7D HI FU SKIN TIGHTENING ULTRA SOUND MACHINE

1. What the machine does

HIFU focuses ultrasound energy at a selected depth below the skin. The intended effect is controlled heating of the target tissue, commonly for skin tightening/lifting and body contouring, depending on the probe and device configuration. The manual describes the system as MMFUmacro/micro-focused ultrasound.

2. Meaning of the probes

Important: Probe depth does not mean that every probe is safe on every body area. The appropriate depth, energy, spacing and number of lines must be determined from the device's actual clinical protocol and operator training.

3. Understanding the screen parameters

Your specification sheet gives three particularly important controls:

Energy: 0.10.3 J
This is the energy delivered per ultrasound emission according to the supplied specification.

Dot distance: 12 mm
This controls the spacing between individual treatment points. Smaller spacing means points are closer together and therefore increases treatment density.

Output length: 525 mm
This relates to the length of the treatment line/output. The specification indicates adjustment in 5-mm increments.

Do not simply select 0.3 J and the smallest spacing because it is the maximum treatment effect. Excessive energy or overlapping treatment can cause burns, nerve injury, unwanted fat loss or other tissue damage.

4. Basic operating sequence

Before treatment

1. Inspect the machine, cables and handpiece.
2. Confirm the correct cartridge/probe is installed.
3. Check that the treatment surface is clean.
4. Apply the coupling medium recommended by the manufacturer.
5. Remove metallic/reflective objects from the treatment area.
6. Ensure the operator has received appropriate HIFU training.
7. Keep the patient and operator protected from accidental ultrasound/energy exposure.

Starting

1. Connect the machine to the appropriate electrical supply.
2. Switch on the main power.
3. Allow the touchscreen to complete its startup.
4. Select the appropriate treatment mode.
5. Select the correct probe.
6. Enter the treatment parameters according to the manufacturer's clinical protocol.
7. Keep the system in standby until the handpiece is correctly positioned.
8. Activate treatment only when the probe is fully coupled to the skin.

During treatment

• Keep the probe flat and properly coupled.
• Follow the planned treatment grid.
• Do not repeatedly fire over exactly the same point.
• Avoid bony prominences and restricted anatomical areas.
• Monitor the patient's pain, heat and unusual sensations.
• Stop immediately if there is severe pain, unexpected muscle movement, numbness, visual symptoms or another concerning reaction.

5. Areas requiring particular caution

The manual material available online specifically warns against directly treating certain areas, including the pelvic/PSIS region and breast tissue/ulnar nerve region for the described body protocols.

For facial treatment, special caution is required around the eyes, nerves, thyroid/neck structures and other sensitive anatomy. Do not use the 1.5/2/3/4.5-mm cartridges interchangeably without knowing the manufacturer's intended anatomical indications.

6. Who should NOT receive treatment

Before treating anyone, screen for relevant contraindications and follow your device's official instructions and local medical-device regulations. In particular, professional assessment is needed for people with things such as:

• Pregnancy
• Active skin infection or open wounds in the treatment area
• Significant implanted electronic devices
• Metal implants in or immediately beneath the treatment area
• Significant bleeding/coagulation problems
• Active cancer or unexplained masses
• Recent surgery or invasive procedures
• Reduced sensation in the treatment area

The exact contraindications should come from the manufacturer's manual and your local medical/aesthetic regulations, rather than from a generic HIFU protocol.

7. After treatment

Depending on the protocol, patients can experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or sensitivity. Explain expected effects before treatment and provide appropriate aftercare according to your clinical protocol.
